The Management Trust Welcomes New Board Members

Santa Ana, CA -- The Management Trust, parent company to Transpacific Management Service, is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Gretchen Verdugo and Mr. Dennis Mogensen to its Board of Directors.

Verdugo is the Chief Financial Officer of Impac Companies, a publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, as well as an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.

Mogensen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the J.R. Simplot Company from 1997 - 2002, helping manage their operations both at home and internationally. Prior, Mogensen was a managing partner at Arthur Andersen & Company, overseeing operations in Seattle, Portland and Boise and helping guide the firm for more than thirty years before electing for an early retirement in 1996. Mogensen holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and attended the Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

These additions increase the number of Management Trust directors to nine. In addition to Verdugo and Mogensen, the members of The Management Trust Board includes William Sasser, Chairman & CEO; Alan Jenkins, CFO; John Handel, Secretary; Dan Kocal, Vice President; Marshall Fant, Gordon Goetz, and Bob McLean.
