The Management Trust’s Northwest division has been providing leadership management to Mid-Willamette Valley communities and their associations since 1994.
As the number of condominium associations and homeowner associations in Salem, Albany, Eugene and Corvallis have grown, so has our presence in the area. We have grown from simply assisting a small handful of planned communities to establishing ourselves as an industry leader in this specialized market.
Our staff of more than 50 association professionals work directly with homeowners, board members and builders to establish their associations in an optimal way for everyone involved. While expanding our reach in the area, we’ve come to understand and appreciate the collective values that communities in this area share.
