The Management Trust – Northwest was founded by President, Marshall Fant, who moved to Oregon from California, where he had built a successful company managing communities. He is a Certified Community Association Manager with over four decades of experience in exclusively managing community associations, always as the owner and managing principal of his firm.
Marshall was the founding Chairman of the Oregon Washington Community Association Managers organization (OWCAM). This organization of professional managers works to assure that the threshold of professionalism for all community management firms meets the highest standards possible.
