Founded in 1994, The Management Trust – Northwest assists planned communities across Oregon and Washington. Since inception, we have grown from the days when founder Marshall Fant personally managed a small handful of associations to a 55-person staff dedicated to more than 280 associations. Today, we are an established provider of community management services in the Northwest market.
As Oregon and Washington witnessed a flurry of suburban growth, Mr. Fant saw an opportunity to establish a cohesive way to manage these burgeoning communities. A Certified Community Association Manager with over four decades of experience in community associations’ management, Fant worked with homeowners, builders and developers to establish their associations.
Today we manage some of the largest associations in Oregon including Woodhaven (Sherwood) and Villebois (Wilsonville), but can create a service package that meets the needs of any association--from a 4-unit condo to much larger single family home communities.
As The Management Trust – Northwest grows, we remain committed to keeping our relationships with customers unique and personalized. We aim to establish niche community management teams that will ensure an individualized management experience for all the communities we work with.
