Since our inception, when we opened with just eight homeowners associations and one employee, we have experienced consistent and sustainable growth. We doubled our client base in just one year, and tripled it in two. We now have 18 dedicated employees that manage more than 75 Common Interest Communities in the Nevada area.
Our strongest selling point is that we are employee owned; it’s what separates us from our peers. Our team members are able to provide “real time” financial information, compliance details and account information, allowing us to deliver personalized care for our customers.
