Zoe Lombard joined The Management Trust - Monarch Group Division in June 1997 as an assistant manager at Indian Ridge Homeowners Association. Zoe was promoted to Corporate Office Manager in 2000 and to Director of Operations in 2006.
Ms. Lombard, along with her duties as Association Manager for Highland Springs Country Club, is responsible for supervising a staff of nineteen talented team members, including eight corporate portfolio managers and six assistant managers. Ms. Lombard is also responsible for continuing education, payroll, benefits and human resources services along with providing marketing and administrative support to John Handel, President.
Zoe Lombard is also a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers. Ms. Lombard is also active in the Coachella Valley Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors.
