experience and expertise to create a comprehensive budget that will save
you valuable time when submitted to government officials for approval. To

Directors Training – In depth programs designed to create
familiarity with the tasks and responsibilities of being a Board Member.

and Hire Employees – Pre-screen candidates ensuring consistent
performance. Depending on the situation, the employee may be either
employed by the Association or by The Management Trust.

Creation of
Employee Policies and Procedures – Draft employee handbook with
complete guidelines for training, disciplinary and payroll procedures.

Operations
Service Set-Up – Create cleaning schedules and inspection checklists
for Housekeeping staff and provide Post Procedures and training
checklist for Security Personnel.

Recommendations – Provide maintenance schedules, work order system
and work order inspection list. Create preventative maintenance program,
Building inspection and regular maintenance checklist.

Delivery Procedures – Standards for logging a parcel in and sign out
for intended recipient.
