As part of our active involvement in these industry associations, we require our community managers achieve certification in those states offering such programs. Further, our California divisions have each earned the Certified Management Firm designation (CMF) through the California Association of Community Managers. The CMF designation is held by less than two percent of management firms in the state, ensuring we operate to the highest ethical and performance standards, and possess tight and thorough financial controls for the protection of our valued clients. The CMF is also an affirmative statement that our managers have met certain experience and education requirements, all divisions maintain proper insurance coverage, and our systems and controls have been tested by an independent CPA.
