Founded in the 1960s when community management was just a fledgling idea, CDC Management built a brand based on personalized services and pioneering strategies. From our inception, we were specialists focused on meeting our HOA and condo association clients needs, no matter the size or range of services required.
Robert McLean formed the company out of necessity at a time when organized day-to-day facilitation was needed, but not yet mastered by other companies who saw community management as an afterthought. CDC Management was ahead of the curve with a keen understanding of the value in reliable community and property management.
The Washington Property management industry has grown over the years. We also grew in our capacity to handle more clients, but have maintained our commitment to personalized service upon which the company was founded.
CDC Management Services has built a reputation of excellent customer service with high quality employees. Some of our valued clients have been with us since our earliest years, including one who has been with us since 1979.
Today we have grown from a company with 25 employees managing 90 associations to be the largest Washington property management company. As a proud division of The Management Trust, we now manage 175 associations, almost double that of the second largest company.
